KILPATRICK, 72, Winfield, died September 27 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Services were Friday, September 30, at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian church, Winfield, with Rev. James Edwards officiating. Mrs. Mary Crawford was organist and Mrs. Marilyn Lambert and Mayne Courter were vocalists. Casket bearers were Charles Huff, Robert Huff, Robert WIlliams, Mayne Courter, Gene Lintz and Hubert McElhinney. Interment was at the Crawfordsville Cememtery. Mr. KILPATRICK was born August 22, 1911, in Burlington to William C. and Marie D. DUCKSTEIN-KILPATRICK. He was married to Talma L. CLARK on October 24, 1936 in Burlington. He retired as a farmer from Wyman community and retired as an electrician from Iowa Ordnance Plant. He was an elder and member of the First Presbyterian Church in Winfield. Survivors include his wife of Winfield; three sons, Ernest of Columbus City, Edwin of Winfield, Roger of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren.
