QUINN, Washington Called By Death Robert L. QUINN, 701 Perdock Court, Washington, Iowa, died Sunday, July 11, 1976, at University Hospital in Iowa City after a two month illness, at the age of 66 years, 3 months and 4 days. Mr. QUINN was born April 7, 1910 in Louisa County, Iowa, the son of Thomas Roy and Pearl BOYD-QUINN. He attended Cotter High School and Standard Diesel School in Los Angeles, California. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Washington and had been retired from farming. He was married June 16, 1940 at St. James Catholic Church to Carrie Joy STUART, who survives. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Wilbur (Irene) ROBY of Muscatine; a nephew, William J. ROBY of California; three aunts, Mrs. Julia METZGER of Davenport, Mrs. Ellen McNALLIE of Pompano Beach, Florida and Mrs. Versa POLAND of Sarcoxie, Missouri; and a number of cousins. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. James Catholic Church in Washington with Father Edward J. Shepherd officiated. Altar boys were Mike and Matt QUINN and Tim Elliott.
