A private memorial sevice, officiated by Pastor Beth Miller will take place at Perseim Funeral Home in Kalona. Burial: Wellman Public Cemetery, Willman, Iowa. Her body was cremated. Friends may call this afternoon at the Linda Slaughbaugh home in Frytown. Survivors include two daughters, Jenna and Jasmin,both of Kalona; her mother, Linda Slabaugh of Frytown; and three sisters, Terry Yoder of Riverside, Brenda Reece of Wellman and Sally Callahan of Iowa City. Also surviving is her ex-husband, Jay Hulser. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to the Mid- Prairie Booser Club. Condolences may be sent to wwww. pwterseimfuneralhome.com
