I am asking if someone could please help me find an Obit for my great great Uncle. I am trying to find out if any of his children were living at the time of his death. His name is: William M. Skipton, b. Sep 1835 Washington County, Ohio and d. Sep 24 1913 Washington, Washington County, Iowa. He was listed in the census of 1910 as living in Washington and is buried Elm Grove Cemetery. Hi David, I don't have an obit for him, but I have received a copy of one for who I believe to be his daughter, Clara Skipton Knauss (Mrs. Parret Knauss) who died in 1898 I believe it was (I am not at home), at her father's home in Washington. She was a young adult who left a husband and children, but the obit gave very little info other than her father's name, William Skipton.
