Mr Randall was born here Mar 19, 1922, a son of Roy W. and Vera M. Beenblossom Randall. He was married Apr 4, 1942 to Ruth Evelyn Lester. Surviving are his wife; three children; Dale A. Randall of Washington, Mrs Steve (Candace) Talbot of North Liberty, and Kevin L. Randall at home; one grandson; one granddaughter; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Randall of Washington; a sister, Mrs Richard (Mary) Dowis of Washington; and a brother, Charles Randall of Muscatine. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
