Mr. Hahn was born Jan 21, 1876 in Keokuk County, the son of Nicholas and Mary Hahn Sr. He married Margaret Palm. His wife and the following children, are among the survivors; John of Washington, Albert who lives on the family farm in Dutch Creek township, and Bernard of Keota. Also Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Charlton of Keota and Mrs. Lena Kuntz of IL., and two brothers, Peter and Henry both of Keota.
