He was born Sep 11, 1952, in Washington, the son of Kenneth and Martha Baker Brown. He was married to Connie Atkinson on May 20, 1972, in West Burlington. Surviving are his widow, two sons, Chris and Andy, both at home; his parents of Mt Union; four brothers, Daniel of Marshalltown, Thomas of Birmingham, AL., Stephen of Muscatine, and Terry at home, one sister Carol at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Baker and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Brown, all of Washington. One brother, David preceded him in death.
