John Patterson was a son of Mr. and Mrs. James Patterson of Crawfordsville, the oldest child of the family. He was married to Carrie Baker on Dec 19, 1916, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Baker of Washington. He is survived by his widow, and four children, Rosella, Ester, Billy, and Betty. Surviving also are his parents and these brothers and sisters; Lloyd, Clarence, and Frank of Winfield; Jay, Raymond, and James of Crawfordsville, Louis of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Gilbert Irwin of Winfield, Miss May Patterson of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Earl Robb of Silvis, IL., and Mrs. Carl Nicolson of Washington.
