Bessie Parcell was born July 15, 1883, a daughter of Alonzo and Josie Nelson Brown in Washington County. She was married to Frank Parcell, who preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons; Glenn Sr. Watseka, IL., and Seminole FL., and Leonard, Fairfield; three daughters, Mildred Spielman Clow Faith Slosser, both of Fairfield, and Marjorie Muellen, Seminole, FL., eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter.
