Richard Sondag was born Nov 30, 1959, at Washington, to Ralph and Marjorie (Trier) Sondag. He married Joni Dickey on Dec 1, 1979, in Keota. Survivors include; his wife, Williamsburg; one daughter, Jillian, Williamsburg; his mother, Keota; five brothers, George and David, both of Iowa City, Larry of Keota, Paul of Williamsburg, and Daniel of Grinnell; and three sisters, Barbara Davisson, Davenport, and Carol Duwa, Wellman. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister., Rose Marie Sondag.
