Skipton, 53, of Washington died Wednesday, Sep 4, 1968, in the Washington County Hospital. Mr. Skipton was born May 5, 1915 in Washington, a son of John and Rose Houdek Skipton. He was married on June 1, 1941 to Margaret Davidson. Surviving are his wife; one John, now stationed at Beale Air Force Base in Marysville, CA.; one brother, Francis of Galesburg, IL. His parents and a brother Frank preceded him in death.
