Baker, 87, died Oct 21, 1951, in Washington. Mr. Baker was born in Virginia in 1864, the son of Norris Dean and Rebecca Baker. In 1886, he was married to Laura Jacobs, who died Sep 10, 1943. Survivors include six children; Mrs. Arthur Pagitt, Mrs Rebecca Shebeck, Mrs. Naomi Kephart, Howard Baker, and Mrs. Charley Thompson, all of Washington, and Sam Baker of Richland; 27 grandchildren, and 52 great-grandchildren.
