Hi I'm looking for information on the families of Frank Jordon (could possibly be Jardon) and Amanda Beliel who were married 28 March 1865 at the Wm Houk home, Washington, Washington County, Iowa. Frank was born in France. I know he had a brother Ferreol who was born 10 April 1830 (also born in France) and died 27 March 1919 in Washington. Amanda Beliel was born in Canada and may have been adopted by the Beliel family as that is what my Grandmother told both my cousin and I. Although I'm not sure which Beliel family for sure either. Frank and Amanda had the following children Frank Albert Mary Frances May Julia Mary Frances was my great grandmother she was born 8 Dec 1869 we believe in Washington IA and died 8 March 1944 in Knoxville, Marion County Iowa.
