I am not related to Mr. Bausch and have no further information regarding his family. Funeral services for Lawrence Jarrold Bausch, 50, of Odessa Residential Facility, Wapello, Iowa, were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 7, at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction. Burial followed in the Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation was Monday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Mr. Bausch died Thursday, May 3, 2001, at the Great River Medical Center in Burlington from complications following surgery. A memorial has been established at the funeral home. He was born Aug 6, 1950, in Washington to Stephen and Mae Adeline Male Bausch. He loved music, Iowa, pizza, Pepsi, and working with his hands. He also loved to go shopping, going to church and singing. He had worked at Crossroads in Muscatine. Survivors include seven brothers, Ronald and his wife Claudette, of Golden, Colo., Douglas and his wife Janet of Moline, Ill., Lester and his wife Fern, of Columbus Junction, Stephen of Coralville, Gary and his wife Joyce of Columbus Junction, Phillip and his wife Faith, of Winona Lake, Ind., and his twin, Jarrold Lawrence and his wife Linday, of Jewitt City, Conn.; six sisters, Hope Jiffenegger and her husband Bob of Louisville, Colo., Ruth McConnel of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Joyce Johnson and her husband Leonard of Azle, Texas, Carol Chatfield and her husband Leonard of Columbus Junction, Marilyn Percy of Sebring, Fla., and Susan Sturgis and her husband Edward of Harrisonville, N.J.; his step-mother, Sally Bausch of Columbia Station, Ohio; and two step-brothers, Donald Duffy and his wife Vicki of Hampton, Ill., and Ralph Duffy and his wife Sara, of Columbia Station, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
