    3. Elijah McIntosh married REbecca Sayre who is the sister of Matilda Sayre who married Absolom Knotts. They are my gggp. Absolom Knotts was one of the first men in New Virginia with John Felton and I think McinTosh. They were mostly from Harrison Co WV or Taylor or Barbour or Preston. :) Elijah was born on Pleasant Creek in Harrison Co I have. I have some info on the Elijah/ Rebecca family but would love to have anything you have to fill in the many gaps. I will be glad to share with you also. Let me know what you need and I will see if I have it. I have done a lot of research in the WV area they came from. Ralph Sayre is doing a Sayre book so that is how I got the info on Elijah's family. Thanks for responding.
