Dowden and his wife Cora A. Howe, and two children Gladys and Nannie lived in New Virginia, Warren CO. Ia. in June 1900.. John had a daughter, Maude, who was from a prvious marriage also living with them. Othos wife Sophia Vandeventer died in 1892 but was not mentioned in the 1900 census. Any information would be appriciated.
