I submit this information, although it is very incomplete, in hope that someone will know something and be able to help me make it more detailed. Robert Webb O T T E R C R E E K C H U R C H Woodburn, Clarke County, Iowa Otter Creek Church, an early member of the Western Association, was organized on Saturday before the third Sunday in November 1861, in the northwest corner of Clarke County, with six charter members. Elder John A. Whiteley and others assisted in the constitution. By March 1862, William Lafollett, a member of the church, wrote that the membership had grown to 12. References to the location of this church indicate it also met part of the time in Warren County, Iowa. The meetings were probably held in the homes of the members. Elder William Morphew united with the church in 1867, and was ordained to the ministry here in 1868. He served the church as pastor until 1885, when he removed to Missouri. The church probably ceased to exist about that time. H A R M O N Y C H U R C H Indianola, Warren County, Iowa Harmony Church was organized by Elder J. M. Jaillite, and others, who were dismissed by letter for that purpose from Middle River Church (where he had joined in 1858). The date of its constitution or location of its meetings have not yet been ascertained. In 1875 Elder Jaillite was living at Indianola; and Elder T. D. Kearney, of Adelphi, Iowa, was also a member of this church at that time. After Harmony Church dissolved, Elder Jaillite united with Ebenezer Church in Mahaska County, Iowa. They were born in PA. Jesse Frost married Elizabeth Fonner, daughter of Henry and Abigail Taylor Fonner. They are found in Delaware C. IA in the 1856 IA census. The 1870 census shows them in Warren C where Jesse died in 1877. I know of ten children, the 7th being Sarah Jane. I have also cooresponded via internet with a descendent of the tenth child, Emma who married 2nd a Dave McClure. George Gallagher married Eliza Kimball, daughter of Caleb and Mary Richie Kimball. In the 1856 IA census they are also in Delaware C. He returned to PA where he married 2nd Elizabeth Chambers, daughter of John and Eliza ___Chambers, then moved to Illinois and by 1871 back to Warren C. IA near brother Jesse. I know of seven children with Eliza and six children with Elizabeth. I have been researching this branch of the family. Please contact me as would like to share info. Jane
