Sometimes there isn't a contact person. I have a lady that has over 1000 obits that her grandmother pasted in an old sears catalog. She shares this with me. I found some obits that people were requesting, but not all the time. I will put in the extra effort to include the persons e-mail if they so want it. I would think that most of the time, they would.
