The license to marry was issued on 19 Feb 1861. The cerificate of marraige was returned on 20 Sep 1861. This marriage was recorded in Book B, Marriage Register of Wapello County Iowa on page 269 and No. 23. This entry can be viewed on LDS FHC microfilm 979586.
