I have placed online a new experimental "VBCo GenWeb Chat Room" for use by those with Van Buren Co. genealogical interests who wish to discuss the subject "live". If two individuals wish to meet each other in the Chat Room, they will need to arrange a time with each other in advance. Others, who have no specific meeting arranged, may want to join the Chat Room just for general discussion with anyone who happens to be there. Private chats may be held as well by following some simple instructions. I don't know if this is a tool that will be found useful, or not. However, being the computer geek that I am, thought I would toss it out for those on this list to experiment with. For the present, there is not a link from the main VBCo. page to this Chat Room feature, so you may want to add the following link to your favorites or save this message for future reference.
