The Van Buren County Obituary Board has reached a milestone tonight with the posting of the 2,000th obituary! The honor went to . . . who else, but Karen DaPra of Michigan who has posted nearly 900 of those 2,000. As Karen recently said, "I've personally not come across another county that has so many obits posted. It feels great to be able to keep increasing the number! Sure goes alot faster with so many volunteers posting." If any listmembers have not yet posted obits of their ancestors where available, please do so now.
