The farm was purchased by Dr. Murphy who was Max's brother in law. In 1950 My Father Raymond Downing purchased the farm and sold it in 1963, I spent a lot of time there and also in Bentonsport, Where in the early 1950,s my grandparents George And Zaida Downing were caretakers of the Mason House Hotel.
