Looking for confirmation of the birth of Charles Byron ANDREWS b. 24 Nov 1861 at Shelby County, Iowa, son of David ANDREWS (b. about 1825 New York) and Lucy POND (b. about 1834 Illinois). The parents are listed in the 1860 census of Jackson twp., Livingston Co., Missouri. In 1870 they are listed in Metamora twp., Franklin County, Indiana. Other surnames associated with this family are MATHEWS and WATSON. The MATHEWS seemed to moved back and forth between Jackson twp., Livingston Co., MO, and Metamora twp., Franklin Co., IN. Charles Byron ANDREWS married Alice Jane ANCELL at Huntsville, Randolph County, Missouri 5 Aug 1885. He died 23 Mar 1909 at Eureka, Humbolt California.
