Claypool is survived by his wife, Molly; son Roger (Marceta) Claypool of Harlan; daughters Cindy (Steve) Wigton of Des Moines and Melody (Randy) DeHeer of Oskaloosa; granddaughter Kaitlin DeHeer and grandsons Preston and Bradford Claypool and Tyler DeHeer.
