ELK HORN -- Emmert B. Mushrush, 86, Elk Horn, formerly of Harlan, died Monday, Sept. 16 in Omaha. Services will be held Friday, Sept. 20 at 10:30 a.m. at Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery. Friends were asked to call Thursday, Sept. 19 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home with family to greet friends from 7-8 p.m. Mushrush is survived by his sister, Kathleen Christensen, of Columbus, Neb.; nieces, nephews and cousins.
