Services were held Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 10:30 a.m. at Knutson Funeral Chapel, Avoca, with burial in the Graceland Cemetery. Johannsen is survived by her son, Don (Margaret) Johannsen of Avoca; daughter Esther (Phil) Updike of Red Oak; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one niece and nephew.
