Andrew Brace, 9 days old INDIANOLA -- Word has been received of the death of Andrew H. Brace, the 9-day-old infant son of Rod and Joy Brace, Indianola. Andrew died Thursday, Dec. 12 at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. Services were held Monday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. at Grandview Park Baptist Church in Des Moines with burial in the McHenry Family Cemetery in LaPlata, Mo. Besides his parents, Andrew is survived by sisters Anna, Ellie and Lydia, and brother James, all at home; grandparents James and Judy Brace of Missouri Valley and Roger Huston and Linda Crawford of Union; great-grandmothers Frances Jensen of Manilla and Orpha McHenry of Garnett, Kan.; uncle Todd (BethAnn) Brace of Defiance; aunt Lynette Brace of Ankeny; and uncles Mike (Carla) Crawford of Fort Dodge and Jeff "Duke" (Deb) Crawford of Mt. Pleasant.
