HARLAN -- Edward Stowe, 82, Harlan, died Sunday, Nov. 17 at his home. Services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 11 a.m. at Pauley Funeral Home in Harlan with burial at a later date in the Harlan Cemetery. Stowe is survived by his wife, Betty Lou, of Harlan; sons, Gary (Susan) Stowe of Phoenix, AZ; Donald (Janice) Stowe of Harlan; and Timothy (fiancee Linda Mehaffey) Stowe of Avoca; sister, Bonnie Veskerna of Leawood, KS; and sister-in-law, Alice Stowe of Bethany, MO; four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and four-great-grandchildren.
