HARLAN -- Marceline M. Bissen, 70, Harlan, died Sunday, Oct. 27 at Myrtue Memorial Hospital, Harlan. Services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church with burial in the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Defiance. A rosary will be held Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at Pauley Funeral Home, Harlan. Visitation is Tuesday from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. at Pauley's. Bissen is survived by sons Don (Patricia) Bissen of Hooper, Neb., Darrell (Brenda) Bissen of Dow City, Dean Bissen of Defiance and Delbert (Jill) Bissen of Defiance; daughters Denice (Don) Wurr of Colorado Springs, Co. and DyAnn (Doug) Muff of Westminster, Co.; brothers Eldred Schmitz of Westphalia, Lester (Rita) Schmitz of Portsmouth and LaVern (Mary) Schmitz of Defiance; sisters Sr. Bernice Schmitz of Harlan, Bernadette Conkel of Columbus, Neb., Luella Hull of Manning, Arlene (Bob) Hodapp of Erie, Co. and Sr. Lorraine Schmitz of Council Bluffs.
