HARLAN -- Word has been received of the death of Elmer "Sparky" C. Larsen, Harlan, who died Tuesday, Nov. 26 at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 30 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church with burial in the Harlan Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 29 from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. at Pauley Funeral Home, Harlan. Larsen is survived by his son, Dwayne (Jackie) Larsen of Avoca; daughter Phyllis Nelsen of Omaha; five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
