Services will be held on Wednesday, November 27 at 1:30 p.m. at the Light House Temple in Council Bluffs with burial in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Council Bluffs. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26 from 2-8:30 p.m. at the Light House Temple in Council Bluffs with family present from 6-7:30 p.m. Survivors include his wife, Trudy, Council Bluffs; sons, Nathan of Council Bluffs; Corey of Bellevue, NE; step-son, Michael (Andi) Nelson of Omaha; two step-daughters, Shanelle (Aaron) Fichter of Tabor; Marissa Hathaway of Hamburg; sisters, Betty Moore of Vancouver, WA; Christine (Richard) Jones of Harlan; Marlene Little of Persia; and Shirley (Otto) Saar of Council Bluffs; and brothers, Lester (Shirley) Smith of Loveland; and Stanley (Linda) Smith of Neola; and nine step-grandchildren.
