Maxine was born May 18, 1921 in Defiance and died September 7, 2002, at Mesa, Ariz. Maxine is survived by her husband, Albert of Arizona; her three daughters, Jeanette Roberts and husband Wayne of Texas, Deanna Zoblescian and husband Joe of Arizona, and Dorothy Schnell and husband Roger of Nebraska; one son, Bill and wife Dana of Alaska; 14 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Maxine was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Fister Dethlefsen; sister, Ione Lee and brothers, Clarence and Francis Fister.
