ROGERS, Ark. -- Joyce L. Hemminger, 82, Rogers, Ark., died January 15 in Rogers. Services were held Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. at Oakley Chapel with burial in the Bland Cemetery at a later date. Hemminger was originally from Harlan, working as a cook for 14 years and 14 years as a baker for the Harlan hospital. She is survived by her husband, Roy; daughter Karen (Craig) Johnson of Bella Vista, Ark.; son Bruce (Linda) Hemminger of Champaign, Ill.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
