COUNCIL BLUFFS -- Joan Ruth (Brazeal) Morris, 71, Council Bluffs, died September 28. Services were held Saturday, Oct. 1 at 10 a.m. at Henry-Livingston Funeral Chapel in Council Bluffs with burial in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Morris is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Ken) Thompson; two grandchildren; and sisters-in-law Vera and Ruth Brazeal. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = ©Daily Nonpareil 09/30/2005 Joan Ruth (Brazeal) Morris Joan Ruth (Brazeal) Morris, age 71, passed away Sept. 28, 2005. Joan was born July 12, 1934 in Omaha, NE to Emmet and Pearl (Miller) Brazeal. Joan was very active with her church families. Joan is preceded in death by her husband Billy in 1999, her parents, and brothers: Gene and Richard Brazeal. Joan will be sadly missed by her daughter Teresa Thompson and husband Ken, grandchildren: Tiffany and Tyler Thompson, sisters-in-law Vera and Ruth Brazeal and host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday from 7-8pm at Henry-Livingston Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be 10am, Saturday at Henry-Livingston Funeral Chapel with Dr. Syl G. Adkins officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
