MIDLAND, Texas -- Shelly Renee Johannsen Lewis, 42, Midland, Texas, died October 21 at Medical City Hospital in Dallas. Graveside services were held Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland. A memorial service was also held Tuesday at First Baptist Church Worship Center. Lewis is survived by her husband, Perry; children Ben, Blair and Bryce; parents Stan and Veretta Johannsen of Harlan; sister Val (Jeff) Sparks of Midland; sisters-in-law Kim (Tony) Foster of Midland and Tammy (Kevin) Shelton of Hico, Texas; nieces and nephews; grandmother Maxine Johannsen of Harlan; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
