ATLANTIC -- Wayne Paulsen, 83, rural Atlantic, died Sunday, Oct. 1 at Salem Lutheran Home in Elk Horn. Services were held Thursday, Oct. 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Atlantic with burial in the Atlantic Cemetery. Paulsen is survived by his wife, Elsie, of Atlantic; children Janet (Harlan) Petty of Knoxville, Verlee Koskovich of Colorado Springs, Co., Rita (Kevin) Petersen of Missouri Valley, Elaine (Bruce) Kerr of Carlisle and Mark (Jan) Paulsen of Elk Horn; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
