Funeral services will be held 1:00-p.m. Saturday, November 26th, at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan. = = = = = = ©Daily Nonpareil 11/25/2005 Venita Mae Grap Venita Mae Grap, 71 of Persia, Iowa since 1943, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 23 2005, at Myrtue Memorial Hospital. Venita was born in Glasgow, Mont. She attended Sunny Hillside Elementary School and graduated from Persia High School in 1957. She worked for Mutual of Omaha for 6 years and CDS in Harlan, but she mostly farmed with her husband. Venita is survived by her husband of 47 years, Arlon Grap; son, Michael and wife, Pam Grap of Crescent, Roger and wife, Barb Grap, all of Persia; sister, Janice Schutt of Council Bluffs; grandchildren, Stephanie Grap, Keith Grap, Garrett Grap, and Taylor Grap all of Persia. Visitation will be Friday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home with family meeting with friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, Pastor Duane Anunson, St. John's Lutheran Church, Persia.
