Kramer, 63, South Bend, Neb., formerly of the Defiance area, died at his home in South Bend Feb. 20. Services were held Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with burial in the Calvary Cemetery with full military honors. Kramer is survived by his wife, Marlene Kramer, of South Bend; two daughters -- Vicki (Mark) Angell of Grapevine, Texas and Connie (Larry) Crymes of Hurst, Texas; sons Mark (Pam) Kramer of Memphis, Tenn., David (Darcy) Kramer of Lincoln, Neb.; six grandsons; seven sisters -- Irene Friesen of Council Bluffs, Lillian Schaben of Harlan, Rita (Verdy) Klocke of Cascade, Theresa (Tom) Grote and Dolores Fuhs, all of Portsmouth, Leona (Joe) Bissen of Clarinda and Mary Alice (Francis) Heese of Earling; brother Frank (Lou) Kramer of Mesa, Az.; nieces and nephews.
