Ruby was born in Portsmouth and attended a Country School. She worked at area Post Offices. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ambrose Wehr in 1984. Survivors include daughter, Geri (Russ) Bentley, of Liberal, Kan.; sons, William "Bill" Wehr and friend Cheryl Barnholdt, of Columbus, Neb., and Larry (Carrie) Wehr, of Harlan; brother, Bud (Lucille) McKeighan, of Las Vegas, Nev.; 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday at Pauley Jones Funeral Home from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., St. Mary's, Portsmouth from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with Wake service at St. Mary's at 6 p.m. Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima, Portsmouth, Rev.
