HARLAN -- Lloyd Nelson, 82, Harlan, died Thursday, March 27 at Elm Crest Retirement Community. Services were held Monday, March 31 at 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church with burial in the Harlan Cemetery. Nelson is survived by his wife, Elaine, of Harlan; daughters Judy (Jim) Zea of Harlan and Vicky (Dave) Waclawski of Papillion, Neb.; son Galen "Sam" (Linda) Nelson of Seargant Bluff; brothers Merle (Ethel) Nelson of Audubon and Everet (Isabelle) Nelson of Audubon; sisters Grace Paulson of Albert Lea, Mn., Lucille Paulsen of Harlan and Ruth Dinesen of Harlan; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. ©The Harlan Tribune 2003
