VILLISCA -- Oliver C. Felker, 85, Villisca, formerly of Hancock, died March 21 at the Villisca Good Samaritan Home. Services were held Tuesday, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. at Pauley Knutson Funeral Home in Avoca with burial in the Sabetha City Cemetery at Sabetha, Kan. Felker is survived by his wife, Donna, of Clarinda; children Pat (Don) Schmitker of Clarinda, Joyce Shiffer of Oakland and Virginia (Harold) Chadwell of Columbus, Neb.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. ©The Harlan Tribune 2003
