PICKWICK DAM, Tn. -- Mary L. Wendelin, 56, Pickwick Dam, Tn., died August 24 in Mt. Pleasant. Services were held August 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Hancock Methodist Church with burial in the Oakhill Cemetery in Hancock. Wendelin is survived by husband, George; son Aaron (Nikki) of Crawfordsville, In.; daughter Andrea (Jim) Grutzmacher of Wheaton, Ill.; two grandchildren; mother-in-law Betty Wendelin Stendrup of Avoca; sisters Patty (Gary) Johnson of Atlantic and LouAnn (Jay) Niemann of Indianola; brother Leslie (Sheila) Zobrist of Spencer; brother-in-law Gary Wendelin of Avoca; sister-in-law Cathy (Jim) Brendeland of Ames; brother-in-law Jon (Jane) Wendelin of Slater; nieces and nephews.
