Wheatley, 87 of Avoca, Iowa, passed away Friday, September 23, 2005 at the Little Flower Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Earling, Iowa. Doris is survived by two sons, Ron and wife Sally Wheatley of Harlan, Iowa, Don and wife Cindy Wheatley of Shelby, Iowa; brother, Robert Elwood of Atlantic, Iowa; sister, Reva Novak of Alverta, CA; six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be Sunday, September 25, after 3:00 P.M. with family greeting the public from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Knutson Family Chapel in Avoca. Funeral Service will be 2:30 P.M.
