Carol was born July 20, 1943 in Earling, Iowa to Henry and Ella (Frank) Schwarte. Carol was a member of the St. Peter's Catholic Church and Altar Society. Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Duane (2005); parents; and granddaughter, Cheyenne. Carol will be sadly missed by her son, Stephen French; daughters, Darlene Steward, Robbin Evans and Donna Reichart; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Wagner (Pete); brothers, Gary Schwarte (Maxine) and Gail Schwarte. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm at St. Peter's Catholic Church with rosary at 7pm. Celebration of life services will 10am, Friday at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Father Chuck Kottas officiating. Inurnment will be 2pm, Monday at St. Joseph Cemetery in Earling, Iowa.
