She was born in Logan, Iowa. She graduated from Woodbine High School in 1939. Lola was a member of the Woman's Federated Club, VFW Auxiliary, and Shelby Presbyterian Women. Lola is survived by her husband of 64 years, Wesley Moore of Cedar Rapids; sons, Richard (Rosemary) Moore, of Council Bluffs, and Dale (Cheryl) Moore of Cedar Rapids; sister-in-law, Helen Leonard, of Logan; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 1, from noon-9 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca with family greeting friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be Thursday, March 2, at 10:30 a.m. at Shelby Presbyterian Church, Pastor John Epperson, officiating.
