COUNCIL BLUFFS -- Bernetta Ulrich, 59, Council Bluffs, died Sunday, Feb. 19 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital. She is survived by her husband Larry of Council Bluffs; daughters Tammy (Ryan) Ollie of Underwood and Lisa (Curt) Eshelman of Council Bluffs; four grandchildren; brother Bob (Pat) Goeser of Crescent; sisters Betty (Gene) Schmidt of Harlan and Colleen (Dick) McLaughlin of Harlan. "Bernie" Ulrich, age 59 of Council Bluffs passed away Feb. 19, 2006, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Bernie was born September 2, 1946, in Iona, Minn., to the late Godfrey "Fred" and Loretta (Herrig) Goeser. She graduated from St. Boniface High School, Westphalia, Iowa in 1964; and married Larry Ulrich in Council Bluffs on June 7, 1969. They lived in Crescent, Iowa before moving to Council Bluffs in 1995. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. Bernie is survived by her husband of 36 years, Larry Ulrich of Council Bluffs; daughters, Tammy Ollie and husband Ryan of Underwood, and Lisa Eshelman and hus- band Curt of Council Bluffs; 4 grandchildren, Tristan and Jordan Ollie and Harley and Jacob Eshelman; sisters, Betty Schmidt and husband Gene, Colleen McLaughlin and husband Richard, all of Harlan; brother, Robert Goeser and wife Patricia of Crescent; nieces and neph- ews. Visitation with the Family will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the mortuary with Rev. Glen Wilwerding officiating. Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery with a luncheon following at Queen of the Apostles Church Parish Hall. Memorials to Diabetes Association preferred.
