Also birth of two children: Herbert SCHNOOR around 1902 or 1903 and Minna, born late 1906. Most likely Lutheran. Also searching for the Ferdinand SCHNOOR family in the 1900 census. He was a member of St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, John Ohlinger Post No. 547 of Portsmouth and Knights of Columbus. Mr. Kenney and his wife, Anna, were married 54 years. A rosary will be held Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at Pauley Funeral Home, Harlan. Visitation is Tuesday from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. at Pauley's. Bissen is survived by sons Don (Patricia) Bissen of Hooper, Neb., Darrell (Brenda) Bissen of Dow City, Dean Bissen of Defiance and Delbert (Jill) Bissen of Defiance; daughters Denice (Don) Wurr of Colorado Springs, Co. and DyAnn (Doug) Muff of Westminster, Co.; brothers Eldred Schmitz of Westphalia, Lester (Rita) Schmitz of Portsmouth and LaVern (Mary) Schmitz of Defiance; sisters Sr. Bernice Schmitz of Harlan, Bernadette Conkel of Columbus, Neb., Luella Hull of Manning, Arlene (Bob) Hodapp of Erie, Co. and Sr. Lorraine Schmitz of Council Bluffs.
