I think I just found out some new information on my husband's great grandaunt, Anna M Petersen. She was married first to James Garvey and had at least one daughter named Vivian Garvey. Whether she divorced James or he died, is unknown, however, by the 1925 Buffalo Twp State Census it appears she has remarried to Alvah Passwater who was previously married to Julia Hawkins. Alvah Passwater and Julia Hawkins had two daughters named Alvaretta and Gladys. Anyone related to James Garvey or Alvah Passwater who could provide me with further information on Anna M Petersen Garvey Passwater? I would like to find her obit and possibly where in Germany she was born or emigrated from since I have had no luck on finding that information on her brother, James Petersen, aka.my husband's great grandfather. The other known sibling of James and Anna was Peter Petersen- all children of Hans and Fridericke Petersen, the all too elusive great great grandparents of my not so elusive husband, John Henry Labath, Jr. Cathy Labath
