May 19, 1955. Answer filed by John J. Collins as Guardian ad Litem, stating that return of service of notice of hearing on Guardian's application for authority to sell real estate is on file herein, and by way of answer to said application said Guardian ad Litem denies all material allegations thereof that are prejudicial to his said ward, and prays that the rights and interests of his said ward be duly protected by the Court. May 20, 1955. June 12, 1956. Clough, deceased, and in accordance with an order of this Court entered in this matter on May 20, 1955. Guardian states that he was appointed in said capacity because of the possible conflict of interests between said minor and Grace Clough, the mother and natural Guardian of said minor. That the Estate of William F. Clough is now closed and that it is advisable that Grace Clough, the mother and natural Guardian is said minor be now appointed as Successor Guardian of the property of said minor.
