Good question, Sandra. But, according to the book: Postmarked Iowa A List of Discontinued and Renamed Post Offices By Guy Reed Ramsey J. B. Publishing Company Crete, Nebraska, 1976 it is Blue Creek. I don't know. I took it as an actual creek. I don't want to change it unless we know for sure there is no Blue Creek and it's a mistake. I'll check further. What do you think? Is there a Blue Creek?
